I am sure rather you watch me or just simply wished to view my gallery that you might of noticed that most of what I have done was looked at thus is not an original. Well as many have in the past and wished to flame at me in sharing their 'thoughts' I am sure the odds of you feeling the same way has crossed your mind at least once. What I mean is your probably think that I draw something else, rather highly liked or not in hopes that I get some attention and credit for what I don't deserve or something along those lines. Am I correct? Well I hate to burst your bubble but your wrong, so VERY wrong. Why do I say this? Well for starters if that was to be the case I SURE as fuck would not give credit to the originals and such as THEY deserve it and would just play it off as my own since the ones I upload I did draw and-or color via my own hand. BUT I know better then that AND I don't draw other things to get attention or worshipped comments. I simply draw what I like and admire because its the only thing I know how to do. In more detail as to what I mean ...
You see, best way to explain why its hard for my to draw my own thing is because I am a "concrete" learner. Which means I learn through sight. Its hard to learn how to draw whats in my head because in reality I can't see it. This is why I draw other pictures (what I look at). But of course my coloring style is different so my copy of it is never the exact same. But I ALWAYS give credit to whom and where it goes, when I know whom to give it to. I am NOT a theif and I do NOT trace pics. When I wish to draw something from a personal gallery rather its from here, DA or just some single personal made website by the artist I will do my best to contact that individual and ask for their permission to draw one of their pieces as well as getting the okay to share in my online galleries. I have this one and then DA but on there I use my Drache-Lehre name if your curious. I don't post everything online that I draw for various reasons. Some would include I just don't like enough to share, its not really worth it if was just a quick doodle to fill my drawing desire or I don't have enough needed info in terms of credit. Sometimes I do not know who to credit when its something found off some random public gallery online that has all sorts of stuff and not directed to the artist personally. In these cases I still point out that its not mine and will show the original by hosting it myself in my photobucket account.
No matter how much alike it might look its never a trace. Its clear on knowing this when you see the thing in person because my version always tends to be 60% larger then the one I look at. Just how I do things. I am SLOWLY starting to work on drawing my own things. Its very difficult to do, but I am learning and trying hard to do so. SO, if you do not like the fact that I draw things I like and admire then I think it best that you do not watch me. Its just how I do things and have been doing so for years. Though, if you don't mind it then by all means watch me if you like. I not here to become popular. I here to support others with their art. I love art way to much to let my disadvantage stop me from drawing. And I have many to thank that know this and still support me and help out best they can. These are people that I can call a friend and turn too for support and advice. Thank You!
You can think as much negative thoughts as you wish but I've come across others that do the same only are ashamed of this fact so have no online galleries. =/ I am not proud of it by any means but I am not ashamed nor embarrassed by it. I love artwork of all styles and I love drawing so I don't let it stop me and if drawing something else is the only way I can enjoy putting pencil to papar and come up with something decent than its what I shall do. Yes I'd so VERY MUCH love to be able to draw whats in my own head but alas, its not easy and more so when can not be in school for it. I teach myself by practicing slowly at my own pace. Hence the creation of my OC, Myla. I have not uploaded her to this account yet but I will get to it in due time. For now her images can be seen there as well as her bio be read which is undergoing a major update and revisions.
Anyways I think that is enough to give ya the basic on why I look at other pictures when I wish to draw. No comments are needed. This is mostly to use a link ref for artwork that is fanbased instead of saying in each it was looked at etc etc.
